Nurtured Bumps

Hi, I am Bec. I am a wife, a mum, step-mum and a birth and post-partum doula.

 

I am based in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney and service the Greater Sydney and Wollongong areas.

I gave birth to my son, Oliver in September 2020.. Gosh that has flown by! My experience of birth in the times of Covid-19 made me realise how much of this crazy ride you're expected to figure out for yourself & also how much is dictated by others about what happens to you and your baby.

 

My own pregnancy and motherhood journey has made me super passionate about helping and empowering other women going on their own journey through matrescence. It is such a huge stage in a woman's life & I don't feel like there is adequate support and education easily available to help these new mama's thrive.

I now have set my life's mission to help as many women as I can through this, and to help ease the roller coaster that is pregnancy and motherhood.
